Primavera at the Rosen House

You are most cordially invited to an evening of cocktails, clothing, and curiosities as we celebrate the opening of the 2026 Focus Tour: Inside Lucie’s Wardrobe. For the first time in over thirty years, Lucie’s unique fashions will be displayed in the Rosen House this summer, enlivened by photos and new research. The garments Lucie treasured and saved, from the shimmering silks of the 1930s to the bold colors of the 1960s, together with her fancy dress costume based upon Sandro Botticelli’s Primavera, will be showcased. The Primavera in the Rosen House event is your chance to get an early look at the installation, sip a cocktail (or mocktail) inspired by the tour, and meet fellow Caramoor supporters. Your attendance at this event supports research and programming at the Rosen House and its preservation. Thank you for helping us continue to share the story of the Rosen family.

• Enjoy fine wine, botanical cocktails inspired by Primavera, and other refreshments.

• Hear curator Jessa Krick’s welcome and remarks.

• Engage with the conservators who restored and dressed the garments as they share their insider knowledge.

• For extra flair, have a flower crown made just for you, plus other special touches.

• Individual Ticket(s) are available at $250 per person. All but $100 per person is tax-deductible. 

• Premium Ticket(s) are available at $350 per person which includes a gift bag of bespoke pieces inspired by the installation. All but $135 per person is tax-deductible.
